Direct Primary Care
We do not accept insurance for primary care services. We offer instead a low periodic fee for services. You may opt to pay in monthly or annual installments. DPC patients also enjoy significant savings on all other medical care.
HSA and FSA funds can be used to pay for your DPC membership.
Functional Medicine
We do not accept insurance for Functional Medicine services. You do not need to be a DPC member to become a Functional Med patient. HSA funds may be used. Please check with your plan administrator.
Regenerative Aesthetics
We offer pay-per-visit or package pricing for our Aesthetic services. We also offer a wide array of medical grade skin care lines in our office, with discounts available for our DPC members.
IV Hydration, Ozone, Weight Loss, Muscle Testing & Hormones
We offer pay-per-visit for these therapies. We do not accept insurance; however, many HSA and FSA plans will cover some of these services. Please consult your plan administrator.
HSAs, FSAs and Insurance Documentation
We do not submit insurance claims for you, but we are happy to provide documentation for you to easily submit on your own. HSAs & FSAs may often be used for all services.
Patients do not have to be members of Big Life’s Direct Primary Care model (DPC) to receive other medical care. DPC members do enjoy significant savings, however, on other lines of care.
